1. Introductory Remarks

This is an area were you can try out your own edits, until you feel comfortable enough to edit one of the documentation sections.

If you just want to enter some straight text, without any tables, equations, or specific text markup, all you need to do is type away...

For more sophisticated text markup (italics, bold, headings, etc...), please see the bottom of the page after opening the edit window ("Edit" button on the right side of the menu bar). There are also links there that will lead you to more help for other editing jobs.

If you want to enter a table, you can use the table button on the right side above the text entry edit window. This will enter the syntax for a basic two row, two column table. When you then save your changes, using the "Save" button below the text entry edit window, a GUI will popup, which will allow you to edit the table more easily, using the GUI.

Included below are several simple editing expamples; Feel free to add your own and play around with your own edits, but please leave the preceding text in this section alone.

Currently the easiest way to show figures is to provide a link from another site. The direct upload of figures is currently not possible for the server hosting this site (stay tuned).
